Free & Reduced & Community Eligibility Information



We are pleased to inform you that Newfield Elementary School will be implementing the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) again for this upcoming school year. While your child(ren) will be able to participate in these meals programs , the district requires you to complete the income information statement to receive additional federal and state funding for our school. Without these forms filled out, it affects our state & federal funding & grants we would be able to receive. Please take a few minutes to fill one out today. 

If you have an elementary student(s) only, please fill out the CEP income form. If you have only a middle or high school student(s), you need to use the middle & high school lunch application.  If you an elementary student AND either a middle or high school student, please fill out the CEP income form.  

We only need one form or application per household. Each student does not need their own application or form.
