2021-2022 Board of Education


Board of Education meetings, agendas, schedules, and policies can be found on the Board Docs page.

Most Newfield Board of Education meetings are held on the first and third Thursday of the month starting at 6:30 p.m.  There are, however, some exceptions due to holiday schedules and other conflicts. Please refer to the calendar below:

Due to COVID-19, meeting location will identified on the specific meeting agenda.  The agenda will also outline specific social distancing and protective face covering requirements.

January: 20th, (no meeting on January 6 due to return from break)

April: 7th, Wednesday, April 20th due to BOCES Budget vote
May: 5th, 19th

MISSION STATEMENT 
     The mission of the Newfield Central School District is:
  • To educate, provide opportunities, and foster individual excellence in academic, vocational, fine arts and technical learning;
